Are you a bold storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a natural leader in the world of beauty communications?

Aisle 8 is looking for a PR Director to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover, leading our beauty and wellness portfolio from August 2025.

With a brilliant reputation for launching and growing some of the world’s most exciting fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, we offer clients a 360° approach to modern communications.

As PR Director, you’ll own and lead the PR and influencer strategy across high-profile beauty and wellness clients. You’ll bring a deep understanding of media, influencers, and the evolving digital landscape to deliver work that doesn’t just make headlines—it makes a difference.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives on shaping strategy, managing high-performing teams, and forging strong client relationships. You’ll also be a key part of Aisle 8’s leadership team, helping shape our agency\’s direction and mentoring the next generation of communications talent.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Leading end-to-end PR and influencer campaigns across the beauty and wellness portfolio.

Acting as the senior client lead—offering expert counsel and building trusted relationships.

Driving brand storytelling, reputation, and media impact across earned, paid, and influencer channels.

Overseeing paid influencer strategy, VIP partnerships, and press events with flair and precision.

Nurturing and developing junior talent while contributing to Aisle 8’s strategic growth.

Supporting new business development with compelling, creative proposals and pitch decks.

What We\’re Looking For:

Senior-level PR and comms experience, ideally within beauty and wellness.

Strong, established relationships with top-tier media and influencers.

Proven success in delivering high-impact, integrated campaigns.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

A creative mindset and a strategic approach.

Someone who embodies Aisle 8’s values—passionate, collaborative, and commercially smart.

Hybrid working from our Farringdon office

Hours: 9am–6pm (Monday) 10am–6pm (Tuesday–Friday), with flexibility during events
