Aisel is a Danish AI healthtech company building a clinical workflow platform for psychiatric and neurodevelopmental assessment clinics. The platform covers AI-driven patient intake with adaptive follow-up, automated pre-consultation briefings, live AI Scribe, and auto-drafted clinical notes. The case is straightforward: clinicians currently spend 140 minutes per assessment. With Aisel, that drops to 85 minutes. The same clinical team, the same hours, significantly more patients served. We are live in Denmark and now expanding into the UK, starting with private psychiatry and ADHD/autism assessment clinics. We are a small, founder-led team at pre-seed stage. This is an early hire. You will be the first dedicated UK AE, working directly with the CCO, and have a material role in shaping how we go to market here.

THE ROLE

  • You will own UK new business. That means building pipeline, running discovery, closing pilots, and expanding accounts. There is no SDR support from day one. You are expected to work the full cycle.
  • Identify and qualify ICP-fit private clinics across the UK (ADHD, autism, psychiatry), primarily 10-50 clinicians.
  • Run discovery calls and coordinate with the CPO for platform demos.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close pilot agreements.
  • Manage the transition to Customer Success post-signature and re-enter at defined checkpoints.
  • Represent Aisel at UK clinical and healthtech conferences.
  • Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership.

You will report to the CCO.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must-have: 5 years B2B SaaS sales, ideally in healthtech or health services.
  • Proven track record selling into private healthcare organisations: clinics, hospital groups, or networks.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 3-12 months and deals above GBP 50K ARR.
  • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch without SDR support.
  • UK-based, with the ability to travel to accounts and attend London meetings.
  • Nice to have: Experience selling into psychiatry, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services.
  • Clinical background or significant exposure to clinical workflows.
  • Startup or scale-up experience where you have had to build, not just manage.
  • Existing relationships with private clinic operators or networks in the UK.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

A large sales organisation behind you. There is no SDR, no marketing ops, no polished playbook to follow. If you need infrastructure to perform, this is the wrong role.

What you will get instead: direct access to management, a short decision loop, ownership of a market, and a commercial model where your contribution is directly visible.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary for a senior UK SaaS AE. Uncapped commission on new business. We are happy to discuss structure early in the process.

PROCESS

How we interview: Online screening and CV via Aisel Careers. First conversation with the CCO. Commercial case-interview. Founder conversation.
