We're looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Project QS to join a consultancy where your decisions matter. Overview Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project involvement: lead cost planning, procurement strategy, valuations, risk management, cashflow forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Work on iconic London sites, from sensitive heritage builds to modern commercial and residential developments.
  • Collaborate directly with directors and senior surveyors—your judgement shapes delivery, cost control, and client outcomes.
  • Make smart commercial decisions, challenge the norm, and implement value-engineering solutions without unnecessary red tape.

Who You Are

  • An Intermediate QS or progressing PQS with solid London project experience.
  • MRICS-qualified or actively working towards chartership.
  • Comfortable negotiating with contractors, advising clients, and influencing design teams.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident under pressure.
  • Driven to add value, spot cost risks early, and deliver practical solutions that protect budgets and timelines.
