Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to take on bigger, more complex projects and play a key role in delivering schemes that genuinely shape the built environment? We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded construction consultancy who are looking to strengthen their London team with the appointment of a Senior Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments, including major commercial, industrial and data centre projects, with individual project values reaching up to Β£1bn.

You will be joining a consultancy known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships and ability to deliver technically demanding schemes from concept through to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a leading role across the full project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will be trusted to manage complex programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide clear, confident leadership throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of large-scale and complex construction projects from inception, design and procurement through to completion and handover.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Providing structure, clarity and direction, particularly on technically challenging or fast-moving schemes.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

About You

  • You will come from a construction consultancy background, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
  • Chartered status is required (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM).
  • You will hold a degree in Construction Project Management or a related discipline.
  • You will have a proven track record delivering commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects within the built environment.
  • You will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of your projects and pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
