We're looking for a practical, hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join a busy London team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects with real responsibility and seeing them through from inception to completion.
The Role
- Deliver cost management on projects typically ranging from £5m - £50m, spanning Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics, and Data Centres.
- Handle pre- and post-contract responsibilities across JCT and NEC contracts.
- Prepare cost plans, valuations, and risk registers, keeping projects on budget and on track.
- Work closely with design and construction teams to provide commercial advice and support smart decision-making.
Who You Are
- Quantity Surveyor ideally working towards or already chartered.
- Experienced on projects of significant value, including industrial, logistics, and technical schemes such as data centres.
- Commercially minded with excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and confident managing your own workload.
