A well‑established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Partner to join its Gloucester team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager seeking greater influence, responsibility and the chance to help shape the strategic direction of a regional office. Role Overview

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Lead and develop the Project Management service
  • Deliver high‑quality consultancy services across both pre‑ and post‑contract stages
  • Manage projects across a range of sectors
  • Oversee programmes, material movement and strategic land projects for housing developers
  • Act as a key client contact, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and ICC
  • Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, quality and compliance standards
  • Identify and mitigate risk proactively
  • Oversee budgets, cost control and value optimisation
  • Use project planning tools such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
  • Contribute to business development and growth within the local market
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a construction consultancy or client‑side environment
  • Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering residential or developer‑led schemes
  • Background in programme management and strategic land projects
  • Chartered status (MCIOB, MRICS, APM or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience operating at a senior Project Management level
  • Commercial awareness and ambition to progress at Associate/Partner level
