CRP Subsea are looking for a QC Inspector to join our QC Inspection Team and support with the overall CRP Quality and risk management strategy.
What will you do as our QC Inspector:
- Providing a comprehensive QC Goods Inward inspection service to ensure that all standards related to quality are achieved and meet the requirements of the Purchase Order.
- Monitoring of critical test equipment to ensure we have a critical test equipment response plan.
- Support the QC Supervisor in any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
- With the assistance of the QC Supervisor, prioritise incoming components for inspection based on the business needs.
- Carrying out inspection of the incoming products, either at CRP’s premises or the suppliers.
- Ensuring that the status and control on non-conforming products is in accordance with relevant procedures and drawings and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of inspection findings at all times and reporting all and every deviation to the relevant person.
- Raising Supplier NCRs where appropriate.
- Creating Critical Equipment Response Plan to ensure coordinated response to critical equipment failure.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
