CRP Subsea are looking for a Process Engineer to work in the Local Operations Team.
What will you do as our Process Engineer:
- Research, justify and implement new and improved manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards.
- Review, design and plan department layouts, ensuring optimal workflow and safety within the production departments.
- Evaluate rework and reject levels for design, process and training improvement opportunities
- Institute process and product improvement – result will be a positive impact on production cycle time, production costs and product quality
- Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Develop and evaluate equipment and process to produce a high-quality product at a competitive cost
- Lead the development of 5S and lean methodologies across the manufacturing community.
- Facilitate development of corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues
- Review current and establish new manufacturing processes, ensuring process control and creation of clear SOP’s that can be used as part of the training package.
- Conduct manufacturing feasibility review; generate assembly instructions and tooling
- Provide technical direction, training and certification for operators performing detailed process steps to ensure that the team have necessary skills, appropriate documentation, tooling and process control capability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures with reference to health, safety and quality
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.

- Proven track record within a fast pace, demanding manufacturing environment

- Proficient in the use of CAD (AutoCAD minimum)
