AIS is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Gloucester on a permanent basis.

What will you do as our Accounts Payable Assistant:

  • Processing of purchase ledger invoices
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Matching invoices to orders
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Processing Company credit cards
  • Job costing
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Handling queries and communications from suppliers
  • Assisting with month-end procedures
  • Other tasks and duties which might be assigned to you from time to time

What are we looking for in our Accounts Payable Assistant:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in Norwegian
  • Highly organised; prioritising their workload efficiently to ensure strict deadlines are met
  • Able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Confident IT users, particularly with Excel
