We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects from conception to completion. This includes pre-project planning, design and construction management, and ensuring a smooth transition through the defects liability period. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, a strong understanding of technical and regulatory requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project objectives and develop a comprehensive project scope.
- Prepare and manage the project workflow and timeline to ensure all objectives are met.
- Lead the process of securing project funding and approvals.
- Ensure the timely completion of upfront planning studies and advanced engineering works.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and present the initial concept design.
- Manage the tender preparation and procurement of project consultants.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the construction/consulting industry, with at least 3 years in healthcare facility projects (hospitals, medical centers, nursing homes, preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Proven responsibilities to manage large-scale, complex projects from design through completion.
- Strong understanding of healthcare project requirements (infection control, hospital workflows, MEP coordination).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
