Job Objective
Provide technical support to customers in the United Kingdom market, both on-site and remotely. Training of customers and technical services associated with the company.

- Roles And Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Be a technical reference within the area, with knowledge of solutions at a functional and technical level. Pass on knowledge to the team through internal training sessions.
- Manage communication channels with the Technical Support team. Communication procedures, incident management, installation follow-up, etc.
- Detection and reporting of new incidents through the channels defined by the company.
- Participation in industry trade fairs when necessary, accompanying ATS so that they become as self-sufficient as possible.
- Support for the Technical team based in Spain (Hotline) during peak work seasons (holidays, etc.
- ATS
- Sizing of the ATS network to cover the services offered by the company.
Identification of profiles (together with the sales team), joint review of contractual conditions, contract signing, etc.
- Technical and procedural training for STAs. Monitoring their performance to correct possible misalignments.
- Keep track of service visits.
- Monitor the quality of service of the ATS network with customers.
- Organization of regular webinars to update ATS knowledge, needs, work reports, etc.
- Joint visits with the ATS to resolve incidents, provide training, conduct audits, etc..
- Training
- Strengthen customer training (for example, through specific events) in collaboration with the sales network.
- Strengthen training for internal teams.
- Collaboration with the R&D teams to report incidents and product improvements.. Attend installations to carry out a correct diagnosis.
- Collaboration with the training department to prepare training content.
- Quality
- Reporting of product incidents or malfunctions.
In-depth investigation of the root cause of the problem in order to report it appropriately through the channels defined by the company (Carrying out on-site visits)
- Collaboration with the rest of the company's departments to find solutions to customer incidents.
- Basic Education Required
Essential: Higher-level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Electronics or similar.
Specific knowledge
Essential: Knowledge of electronics.
Desirable: Knowledge of air conditioning/HVAC.
Minimum Experience
1 year of previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
