Yorkshire Endeavour English Hub is seeking a Literacy Specialist on a secondment basis to support North Yorkshire Coast, Hambleton, Ryedale, East Riding and York in strengthening phonics and early reading. The role involves coaching, data analysis, and action planning with headteachers and reading leaders.
Ideal candidates are experienced EYFS/KS1 teachers with a proven track record in improving early reading outcomes and knowledge of the Little Wandle SSP programme.
