Airwaves Facilities Management Ltd provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across the UK. Airwaves FM are currently recruiting skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in our reactive and planned maintenance team. Airwaves FM offer our clients a number of trades and maintenance packages including but not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Hard Landscaping
- Bathroom and kitchen fitting
- Windows and Doors
- Plumbing
- Electrical maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Fabric Repairs
- General Building/Brickwork
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a number of these trades to a high standard; any combination of skillsets will be considered for the position to ensure the department has a good distribution of trades.
Airwaves hold several contracts across the following sectors:
- Property Management
- Health & Leisure
- Local Authority
- Retail & Hospitality
- House Builders and Developers
- Insurance works
Your place of work will be our client’s work sites. Your working hours will be between 7am – 4pm (on site). You will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card to carry out your work. Overtime will be available on request and working away will be required but be pre-discussed and include staying away bonus plus food allowance.
The salary range will be between £34,000.00 - £42,000.00 per annum based on skillset and experience; this may be subject to successful passing of probation period.
