Airwaves FM are currently recruiting skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in our reactive and planned maintenance team. Airwaves FM offer our clients a number of trades and maintenance packages including but not limited to:

  • Carpentry
  • Hard Landscaping
  • Bathroom and kitchen fitting
  • Windows and Doors
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical maintenance
  • Painting and decorating
  • Fabric Repairs
  • General Building

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver a number of these trades to a high standard; any combination of skillsets will be considered for the position to ensure the department has a good distribution of trades.

Airwaves hold several contracts across the following sectors:

  • Property Management
  • Health & Leisure
  • Local Authority
  • Retail & Hospitality
  • House Builders and Developers

Your place of work will be our client’s work sites. Your working hours will be between 7am – 4pm (on site). You will be provided with a company vehicle to carry out your work. Our work sites are generally within a 60 mile radius of Coventry/Birmingham; however, incentivised out of town work is also included in the role. Overtime will be available on request, as well as call outs for favourable rates.

The salary range will be between £38,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum based on skillset and experience; this may be subject to successful passing of probation period.
