Airwaves Facilities Management Ltd provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across the UK. We aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values - working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers, and providing a first-class customer service.
We are looking for an Electrician to join our team based in the Heart of England. Covering sites up and down the country you will be responsible for providing a high level of Electrical repairs.
Role will entail the following tasks:
- Electrical inspecting and testing
- Installation works
- Intercom system repairs and installation
- Fire alarm system repairs
- CCTV installation works
As part of the business you will need to be competent to carry out some of the following works whilst we build up the electrical portfolio:
- General grounds works (fencing, slabbing)
- Minor decorating
- General Maintenance
- Handyman Works
- Locks
Working hours are Friday, 7am - 4pm totalling to 45 hours per week (1 hour lunch break per day totalling to 45 paid hours). Out of hours call outs may be required.
