Responsibilities
- Thinking holistically across the end-to-end customer journey to develop an opinionated strategy and roadmap to drive self-serve acquisition, retention and growth.
- Design and execute tests through iterative hypothesis-driven experimentation to address key gaps and friction points.
- Working with marketing, design, operations, data science, sales and cross-functional product teams to improve the self-serve journey, ultimately driving revenue outcomes for Airwallex.
- Leveraging data, particularly from web analytics tools, to measure and uncover key gaps in the self-serve customer journey.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
