- Embody the Product Engineer Mindset: Synthesize business requirements, regulatory realities, and cutting-edge tech. You aren't just writing code to a spec; you will do whatever it takes to get a product into the hands of global users—from API design to frontend polish.
6+ years of software engineering experience, with a deep foundation in backend architecture and a proven ability to confidently flex full-stack when the mission requires it.
- Startup or R&D DNA: A track record of personally shipping products from scratch in high-growth startups, corporate innovation labs, or fast-paced greenfield environments.
- Sharp Product & Commercial Intuition: You challenge assumptions. You care immensely about user experience and business impact, evaluating technical decisions through a commercial lens.
