We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth in the EMEA region. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the EMEA marketing team on a strategic level but also be hands-on in driving and executing campaigns and promotions alongside the global performance and lifecycle teams. You’ll work closely with regional marketing, sales, and strategy teammates, and will report to the Marketing Director in EMEA.
What You\’ll Be Doing…

Build the growth marketing strategy for EMEA to accelerate growth and execute the plan alongside EMEA and Global marketing teams.

Lead the growth marketing function in EMEA including Lifecycle, Performance, in-product offers, and growth – for both campaigns and always-on to reach full funnel targets.

Identify opportunities to drive growth and launch new growth project initiatives for the EMEA region, implementing and using new tools where needed.

Drive performance marketing – plan and execute B2B online performance campaigns including paid social, display, and SEM, with continual review and improvements. Lead the agency team to deliver and optimise results.

Lead and optimise lifecycle marketing for the region including implementing always-on and campaign lifecycle across SMEs, Enterprises, and partners, in close collaboration with the global Lifecycle team.

Lead the affiliate marketing motion for the EMEA region.

Work with product marketing teams to launch new products in EMEA using performance, lifecycle, and in-product channels.

Partner closely with ABM and campaign marketing manager to drive paid account-based marketing tactics.

Partner with content marketing manager and local design resource to develop performance and lifecycle assets, and scale SEO motion.

Collaborate with other regional teams to gain insights, learnings, and best practices from other geographies to benefit the EMEA region.
What you bring…

8 years experience in a marketing role (ideally in B2B) and experience with both online and offline marketing required.

Experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup.

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance.

This role requires an entrepreneurial individual who can take on projects with minimal guidance. This person is a self-starter, a keen problem-solver, and someone who doesn’t mind getting involved with everything, whatever it takes to drive scalable and repeatable growth.

Experience with digital content formats, such as video and email marketing, as well as Google Analytics and Search Console.

Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisation.
