Overview

In this role you drive growth for SME and mid-market müşterileri across the UK and select EMEA regions, leading a pod of Account Executives.

You will implement disciplined sales rhythms, coach on modern methodologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape GTM strategy and market expansion.

You will manage a team quota and build scalable outbound motions to accelerate revenue.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives serving SMB/mid-market customers
  • Run weekly pipeline/forecast reviews, deal strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews
  • Embed MEDDPICC / SPICED / Challenger as standard qualification and messaging
  • Scale outbound motions with SDRs and Marketing, defining segments and cadences
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and use data to manage pipeline, conversion, and cycle times
  • Hire, onboard and develop AEs with clear performance paths
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue Strategy & Ops to feedback market needs and support launches
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape local GTM strategy and market expansion initiatives
  • Key requirements
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years as a closing AE in SMB/mid-market
  • 2+ years in front-line sales leadership managing AEs and quotas
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding quota in B2B sales
  • Experience in high-growth tech or fintech, especially payments, FX, cards, accounts, or spend management
  • Experience launching or scaling a new market/region or business line
  • Hands-on outbound sales motion design with SDRs and Marketing
  • Strong command of modern B2B sales methodologies (MEDDPICC/SPICED/Challenger) and coaching others
  • Ability to establish intra-functional reporting cadences using CRM data
