About The Team: Growth & Revenue Systems in Strategy & Operations is a new team focused on driving experimentation across marketing, sales, and product to accelerate growth, and innovating on core revenue systems (CRM, Marketing automation) to maximise effectiveness of our teams. We are a mixed group of colleagues spanning commercial, engineering, data, and marketing passionate about driving rapid impact.
What Youâll Do: Weâre looking for a Growth Manager to join our expanding Growth & Revenue Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own the narrative of how we grow. Youâll work with Growth Data Science team to transform deep analytics into highâconviction decisions, build intelligence models, and spotlight the biggest levers across our funnel. Your work becomes the weekly pulse of Growth with clear KPIs, crisp insights, and actions that move the business. This role is based in Singapore.
- Own the growth metrics and weekly business reviews â track KPIs, spotlight drivers, and run the weekly update with the Head of Growth.
- Evolve our Customer 360 with Data Science â expand and enrich data features to sharpen our understanding of customers.
- Build customer intelligence models with Data Science â e.g., GP prediction, reward intent â that inform prioritisation and goâtoâmarket.
- Lead customer segmentation and ICP models with Data Science.
- Translate deepâdive analytics into growth plays â funnel, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC, with clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Who You Are: Weâre looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years in highâgrowth businesses working in growth acceleration, goâtoâmarket (GTM), sales operations, or business development.
- Exposure to revenue/sales operations in a B2B environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of the growth funnel, customer journey and sales process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and crossâfunctional teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a topâtier management consulting firm, fintech, startups, or a dedicated growth function.
- Demonstrated experience running experiments and taking hypothesisâdriven approaches to improve revenue or GTM efficiency.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, financial modelling, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Experience partnering with data science teams on analytics or machineâlearningârelated workstreams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
