What You’ll Do
- Own and drive executive sourcing strategies across leadership roles (Director/ VP to C-level) in Product, Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Legal functions.
- Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to translate business priorities into proactive sourcing roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping to identify high-caliber candidates from top-tier companies and industries.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with current and future leaders.
- Screen and assess leadership candidates for capabilities, cultural fit, and intellectual rigor beyond resume credentials.
- Leverage sourcing tools and platforms and continuously experiment with outreach methods.
- Use data to inform decisions, track funnel performance, measure outreach effectiveness, and iterate improvements.
- Contribute to scalable sourcing processes, documentation, and best practices for leadership hiring at Airwallex.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the sourcing process.

This position is based in Singapore and relocation to Singapore is required.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in talent sourcing or research with a focus on senior/executive-level hiring (Director, VP, C-level).
- Proven experience sourcing leadership talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new domains and understand complex org structures and hiring requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with executive recruiters and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and inform with clarity and empathy.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing tools, strategies, and market mapping techniques.
- Strong data and analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize search performance.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a top executive search firm.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Background sourcing for technical, commercial, and strategic leadership roles across global markets.
- Experience in or working within the technology or fintech industry.
- Understanding of global hiring trends, particularly in engineering, product, and fintech sectors.
