We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy that scales the vertical across music, sports and film/TV. The role operates in a hybrid environment, requiring three days a week in our Fitzrovia, London office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategy for music, sports, and film/TV verticals.
- Manage existing partner portfolio and pursue growth and upsell opportunities.
- Pitch, activate, and manage new partners.
- Collaborate with EMEA Marketing and Sales teams to position Airwallex’s value proposition.
- Represent Airwallex at industry events, conferences, panels and webinars.
- Deliver presentations to partner firms to win business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, business development or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fintech, spend-builder or related industry preferred.
- Strong commercial and strategic instincts with a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs.
- Existing network of partners in the music and entertainment industry (preferred).
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and building presentations (G‑Suite, Looker).
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, laser-focused and commercially minded.
- Relationship-oriented and collaborative.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days in office required).
