Responsibilities
- Lead the Payments Product team to build and optimize the core clearing and settlement platform for card, bank, ledger, and merchant wallet flows.
- Own the end‑to‑end merchant experience from instant, low‑friction onboarding to ongoing lifecycle, simplifying complexity at every touchpoint.
- Optimize global payment flows, including intelligent batching, fee netting, and routing, to improve settlement speed, accuracy, and cash velocity.
- Strengthen infrastructure by driving reliability, compliance, and liquidity management for reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
- Deploy AI‑native capabilities—embedding autonomous agents to interact with merchants, collect feedback, and automate workflows—to provide smarter support, proactive insights, and real‑time visibility.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to turn concepts into production, influencing architecture, strategy, and execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in high‑growth environments, ideally fintech or platform products.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
- Technical fluency to discuss high‑scale, mission‑critical systems and participate in architectural discussions.
- Exceptional communication skills, translating product strategy to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor, data‑driven mindset, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Bias for action, grit, persistence, and ownership to deliver complex ideas quickly.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams.
- Experience building or scaling API products, preferably in fintech or payments.
