As our Supply Chain Senior Finance Analyst, you'll be part of the GSCPT & Brand Finance team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Brand FP&A. You'll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance and strategic insight across the global supply chain, the organisation's largest cost base. It provides advanced financial analysis, forecasting and decision support to strengthen cost efficiency, enhance planning accuracy and improve operational effectiveness. The role enables alignment between supply chain operations and commercial strategy by improving visibility of cost drivers, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting, and supporting strategic and operational decisions that improve efficiency, service levels, working capital and margin delivery.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead financial analysis and month-end management for supply chain costs (freight, duties, distribution, inventory and logistics), providing variance analysis, commentary and enhanced reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling for supply chain cost centres, aligning with demand, volume and inventory strategies while highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support standard costing and margin analysis, including annual cost setting, variance tracking and insight into cost movements impacting gross margin and operational efficiency.
- Track and interpret key operational and financial KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy), linking operational performance to financial outcomes and improvement actions.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning and Finance teams, supporting S&OP, negotiations and continuous improvement of processes, automation and data integrity.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with experience in supply chain, logistics or cost-based finance roles, and strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong financial modelling capability with experience analysing large, complex datasets, standard costing and operational cost drivers.
- Commercially astute, able to evaluate operational decisions, balance service, cost and margin considerations, and deliver insight-driven recommendations.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence finance and non-finance stakeholders and clearly translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset in fast-paced environments.
