The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity available in Central London to join a highly motivated and dynamic sales team. The company is the leading provider of marketing and intelligence Rewards for the telco sector for the UK general public and our retail partners. Working with companies like Aldi, Amazon, ASOS and many more this is truly an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their sales career and potentially progress to a more senior position in the future. The SDR will help drive growth and achieve our ultimate goal of becoming the most indispensable lifestyle app internationally. The SDR will be the bridge between sales and marketing departments, you will interact with potential customers at the beginning of the sales cycle, creating interest in our products or services.
Requirements
- Generate marketing qualified leads via research, LinkedIn, emails, events, telephone calls that can be developed into new opportunities.
- Reaching out to prospects to qualify leads and book discovery calls for our business development team.
- Work closely with our Marketing Managers to support marketing campaigns and follow up all leads and interests developed from these campaigns.
- Create and manage relevant nurture cadences, working closely with marketing.
- Navigating through a conversation flow to uncover needs, understand pains, and position Airtime as a compelling solution, clearly articulating the Airtime difference and highlighting our products’ value.
- Convey summarised key findings from conversations to the rest of the Sales team to help refine sales communications.
- Continuously optimise outreach approach based on results to generate even stronger response rate from prospective clients.
Experience required
- Proven sales or lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to create and nurture sales opportunities.
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools.
- Previously worked with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with a target-driven environment.
