The Opportunity Airtime is seeking a data-driven and commercially minded analyst who is passionate about storytelling with data to support our clients and internal teams with actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in uncovering opportunities for our retail partners and driving performance improvements through analysis and collaboration with our Sales and Client Success teams.

Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Analyse performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that improve outcomes for our retail partners.
  • Build key internal relationships with our Sales and Client Success teams to provide impactful, insight-led reporting that supports client objectives and team goals.
  • Use data storytelling to communicate findings in a clear and engaging way to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our app and platform to effectively communicate how our technology drives value for retailers.
  • Be curious about member behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and optimisation opportunities - proactively identifying where improvements can be made.
  • Adapt insights and reporting to fit different retailer perspectives, ensuring relevance and clarity for each audience.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to streamline performance tracking and make insights easily accessible across teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL (we use BigQuery so previous experience would be beneficial), Excel, and working with data visualisation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including the ability to clean, manipulate, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Able to commute to our Manchester office twice per week.
