The role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager either based in London or Manchester to drive our open banking strategy in the UK. You’ll shape a compelling proposition that captures and retains connections at scale. Collaborating closely with Engineers and Designers, you’ll deliver a high-performing product that delights users and advances Airtime’s goals.
You’ll bring deep domain expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance user experience, technical constraints, and business outcomes. You’ll identify opportunities, execute to a high standard, and drive consistent progress against key metrics. As a vocal advocate for your product, you’ll champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders across all levels.
Key accountabilities:
- Be a great executor of product initiatives who can get things done to high standards across our App
- Be the expert in the relevant market/domain for your Product
- Know how to identify and collect the right data sources to understand customer problems and opportunities
- Build great relationships with a cross-functional team of Engineers and Designers to build and deliver high-performing features
- Have a strong appreciation for product design and other supporting product capabilities
- Have a good appreciation of product strategy and what makes products win in their markets
- Being an excellent communicator and storyteller who can align stakeholders of all levels to a clear strategy and roadmap
- Demonstrating progress against key metrics (including how to both identify and measure)
- Managing product growth with tech debt and other BAU issues
- You have a natural product sense and a deep understanding of why products become successful
- Be a vocal, passionate member of a product team who care deeply about their craft
You’ll need to be
- You’re an experienced product person with a track record of of building products that delight users and achieve business outcomes
- You’re experienced in maximising the value of Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data stakeholders and more in the product process
- You’re commercially minded and know how to build Products that are not just enjoyed, but part of a profitable and sustainable business
- You’ll be an excellent communicator and understand how to work effectively with teams and stakeholders of all levels
- You have high emotional intelligence and understand how your behaviour impacts the people around you
