The Opportunity: As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and efficient delivery of services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about operational processes within a growing company. You will support multiple teams, assist with data management and reporting, and help maintain the systems and workflows that keep the organisation running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication between teams. Assist with client onboarding by coordinating with the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure an efficient and professional handover. Help the Member Experience team troubleshoot and track member issues, maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. Work with the Technology and Information Security teams to report, track, and escalate technical or operational issues appropriately.
- Process and Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and process changes. Assist with data entry, basic analysis, and report preparation to support operational decisions. Keep operational records and reports up to date to ensure compliance and consistency. Support the Operations team in identifying and escalating potential operational risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and consistent service delivery. Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally. Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and ongoing projects to managers and key stakeholders.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining tracking logs, and managing correspondence. Assist in organising meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting other operational activities as required.
Requirements

- Prior experience in a customer-facing or operational support role.
