The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in our London office, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing engaging content that drives spend and brand interaction across our portfolio of 250+ retail partners for our community of 4.5 million+ members.

What You’ll Own

  • Multi-Channel Copywriting: Craft compelling copy tailored for emails, in-app messages, SMS, and push notifications to drive member spend and engagement across 200+ brands.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design and produce creative campaign assets across key marketing channels using Figma.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver on QBRs for our retailer partners, highlighting the impact of marketing on delivering individual objectives.
  • Campaign Ideation & Execution: Support the development, creation, and launch of new content and major campaigns within the Trade Marketing calendar, to boost core business metrics. Also includes incentivised budget management for flashes and bonuses to hit the Marketing KPIs.

What You’ll Drive

  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage modern generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, copy drafting, and campaign asset generation while maintaining brand quality and voice.
  • A/B Testing Roadmap: Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager and Head of CRM to build and test content variants, optimising communication performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and share strategic findings with the wider marketing team.

About You

  • Experience: Ideally 1–2 years of B2C marketing experience, with a proven track record of creating high-converting email content in the retail sector and hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Gemini, Copy.ai, or Midjourney) to draft and develop marketing content.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to influence consumer behaviour, paired with a sharp visual eye and high attention to detail.
  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Results-oriented and commercially focused, with the ability to turn data and performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Mindset & Work Ethic: Proactive, agile, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with high integrity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our 4.5m+ members and retail partners.
