We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Client Success and working closely with Marketing and Sales you will be responsible for:
- Lead on the Media Sales strategy within the business.
- Collaboration with marketing to deliver and improve comms channel performance.
- Be a point of contact for retailers, agencies and affiliate networks.
- Identify and present tactical opportunities to retail partners to drive increased spend and engagement from specific member cohorts aligned to retailer objectives.
- Impact the future of our product and roadmap by working with our product team to develop features to enhance our service for retail partners.
- Support marketing team with assets and approvals.
- Support the sales team at industry events and conferences.
- Use transactional data to optimise existing campaigns.
- Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Provide project progress status updates and explanations to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance to the project/support teams as and when needed.
- Work closely with our data and analytics team to create and present quarterly business reviews with retailers and agencies.
Requirements:
- 3 years+ account management experience in the performance marketing industry (publisher, advertiser, agency or platform).
- Passion for generating revenue for our retail partners.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excel.
- Media Sales experience, either Sales or Marketing function.
- Experience in retail technology business.
- Previous experience in the affiliate/card linked offers/rewards/performance marketing industry.
