We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced New Business team. Reporting to our Head of Commercial and working closely with our New Business, Client Success, Marketing and Data teams, you will be responsible for:
- Full 360 role of Prospecting, pitching and signing new retail partnerships
- Using data to build compelling proposals for prospective clients aligned to their objectives
- Leveraging our media channels to create marketing proposals with clearly communicated media value
- Work closely with the Client Success team to onboard and grow new retail clients
- Regularly liaise with a variety of contacts at the affiliate networks and agencies to grow awareness and unlock new opportunities
- Clearly and passionately communicate the value of Airtime’s platform to prospective clients and agency partners
- Launch effective and sustainable campaigns which fit client objectives and are clearly measurable
The role will require:

- Yearly sales target
- Governance of leads in the CRM system
- Attending industry events and working closely with the SDR and B2B marketing team
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in the Card-linked Offers market or related performance marketing industries or Rewards and Loyalty
- Share options
- 23 days annual leave, plus one for each year served (capped at 28)
- Birthday leave
