Airtime is looking for a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role. This is an opportunity for someone who can move beyond basic reporting and play a meaningful role in driving partner performance and commercial decisions across the business.
Alongside supporting ongoing analysis across a range of business needs, you’ll focus on shaping problems, uncovering insights, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations that support strategy and performance.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple areas of the business
- Translate business questions into structured analysis and clear, actionable recommendations
- Communicate complex data through clear, compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop a strong understanding of Airtime’s product, platform, and commercial model to provide context-rich analysis
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise performance, improve processes, and support business growth
- Support ongoing analysis across a range of business needs, ensuring insights are consistent and relevant
- Contribute to improving data quality, definitions, and consistency across the business
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders across different business areas
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how data impacts business performance
- Experience translating business requests or problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery a plus), Excel, and data visualisation tools
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to use data to drive improvements
- Able to commute to the Manchester office twice per week
