Airtime is seeking a highly strategic CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own our end-to-end member journey. You will build, execute, and continuously optimise multi-channel campaigns that activate, retain, and reactivate users, and lead the CRM strategy for Airtime UP using open banking data to deliver a hyper-personalised experience.

We value a test-and-learn mindset in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You’ll drive omnichannel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, In-App Messages and Newsfeed.
