What You Will Own

  • Account Portfolio Management: Manage your own portfolio of retail accounts (varying in scale and complexity) while providing cross-account support across the wider team.
  • Client Relationships & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, agencies, and affiliate networks, addressing queries, managing requests, and maintaining strong external stakeholder relationships.
  • QBRs & Performance Reviews: Partner with our Data & Analytics team to create and deliver high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key retailers and agencies.
  • Onboarding & Campaign Execution: Operationally manage the launch of new merchants, offers, and tactical campaigns, using transactional data to continually optimise performance.
  • Operational Oversight & Finance: Provide timely project status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with Finance to manage outstanding balances and resolve payment queries proactively.

What You Will Drive

  • Revenue & Commercial Growth: Execute data-led annual growth strategies for top-tier retailers, driving revenue expansion across your portfolio and helping the business hit monthly/quarterly Media Sales targets.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with retailer goals, improve Paid Media communications, and ensure assets and approvals run smoothly.
  • Product Innovation & Roadmap Impact: Collaborate with Product teams to identify, develop, and monetise innovative features that enhance our core service for retail partners.
  • Sales & Industry Support: Present tactical, cohort-aligned growth opportunities to retail partners, while representing and supporting the Sales team at industry events and conferences.

About You

Experience & Core Competencies

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in the performance marketing landscape (publisher, advertiser, agency, or platform).
  • Experience developing and selling media/tenancy opportunities within a digital marketplace or ecosystem.
  • Data-driven mindset: Proven ability to leverage transactional data and insights to optimise campaigns and build retailer growth plans ("think like a retailer").
  • Strong tech literacy: Proficiency in Excel and the Google Suite.

Mindset & Soft Skills

  • A positive 'can-do' attitude with a passion for generating revenue for retail partners.
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and process-focused, with the ability to work independently across your accounts while collaborating seamlessly across teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with an innovative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points (We’d love it if you also have):

  • Experience within a retail technology business.
  • Direct experience in affiliate marketing, card-linked offers (CLO), rewards, or performance marketing platforms.

What You Will Get

We believe great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and genuinely valued. So, we’ve built a benefits package that’s designed to give you flexibility, support your wellbeing, and help you grow both inside and outside of work.

Reward & Security

  • Share options: Be a true part of our success

Time Off That Matters
