We are looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist Administrator to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, delivering a high standard of front-of-house service. You will take ownership of reception operations and support a wide range of administrative tasks across the business. You will also play a key role in managing site access and supporting safety and security processes.

- Manage visitor access and issue security passes.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and logs.
- Liaise with site security on visitor and contractor access.
- Support facilities reporting and maintain dashboards.
- Carry out daily building checks and report issues.
- Provide administrative support across teams.
