We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Crew HOTAC (hotel accommodation) and Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role supports both Civilian and Military Operations by managing crew travel, accommodation, and catering logistics. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth operational delivery through effective planning, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for crew HOTAC and travel arrangements, supporting the end-to-end process.
- Administer the HOTAC module, ensuring accurate crew rosters and logging errors.
- Create and distribute crew lists, liaising with RAFLO and AARC as required.
- Monitor TransOps to anticipate HOTAC needs and plan accordingly.
- Maintain awareness of immigration and health regulations related to crew movement.
- Liaise with external customers (e.g., ACMI) regarding travel and HOTAC policies and procedures.
- Book hotels and flights within budget constraints and in line with regulations and protocols.
- Share responsibility for planning, ordering, and managing catering, beverages, stores, and ancillary items for aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with inflight catering staff instructions and coordinate with the Ops department for daily changes.
- Deliver on-the-job training to colleagues and produce associated training reports.
- Engage with all aspects of the role in line with ATrS SMS, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in an aviation environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in English (written, verbal, and reading).
