We’re seeking a proactive and creative Communications Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering compelling internal and external messaging, supporting strategic initiatives, and managing high-impact events that define how AirTanker communicates its story.

What you\'ll be doing
- Craft and coordinate engaging content across internal and external channels.
- Manage our communications planning calendar to keep activity aligned with key milestones.
- Draft company announcements, press releases, and social media posts.
- Use Adobe, Canva, and PowerPoint to design and produce promotional materials.
- Ensure all messaging and visuals align with AirTanker’s brand identity.
- Manage and update our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook), website, and intranet.
- Provide logistical support for internal and external events, including on-the-ground coordination.
- Support day-to-day admin tasks, from diary management to meeting planning.
- Contribute to performance reviews and analytics reporting across communications platforms.
- Assist with crisis communication plans when needed.
What you\'ll bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for planning and detail.
