What you'll be doing:
- Provide a ring and ride service for staff between on‑site locations and Amy Johnson House.
- Escort visitors and contractors between the main gate, the Hub, and the Academy.
- Drive safely at all times in line with traffic regulations and site rules.
- Plan and manage daily schedules, adapting to changes when required.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding delays or service issues.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults promptly.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure safe handling of parcels.
- Deliver and collect post, parcels, and supplies across site.
- Support hospitality deliveries, including refreshments, when required.
- Maintain accurate records of journeys and mileage.
- Assist the wider Facilities and Infrastructure team with ad‑hoc duties.
