This role is ideal for a motivated, safety‑driven individual who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of aircraft airworthiness and supporting operational delivery both at home base and on deployment.

What you'll be doing
- Certify servicing and maintenance tasks within the scope of your authorisation.
- Supervise technical staff to ensure safe, compliant working practices.
- Manage aircraft documentation and ensure accurate certification entries.
- Oversee materials, tools, and working environment cleanliness.
- Encourage and support a Just Culture through open reporting.
- Maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including military colleagues.
- Support deployments, short‑notice flying tasks, and AOG recoveries.
- Act as lead engineer on flying tasks, ensuring effective communication with Part CAMO.
- Provide comprehensive debriefs for oncoming shifts.
