As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you will carry out and certify aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory and company quality standards. Working closely with the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet operational demands and customer contractual requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Certify aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks in line with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and the scope of your authorisation.
- Supervise and support technical staff to ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved documentation.
- Maintain and manage all aircraft-related documentation, ensuring certifications and records are completed correctly and without delay.
- Take responsibility for tooling, materials, and equipment, ensuring they are used appropriately, accounted for, and kept in a clean and safe condition.
- Encourage a positive working culture by motivating team members and promoting open and honest reporting.
- Work closely with Technical Services and Planning Engineers to resolve technical issues, support scheduling, and maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are applied consistently across all maintenance tasks.
- Escalate any safety concerns or disciplinary issues to the Line Manager promptly.
- Provide cover for Senior Engineers during periods of absence, taking on additional responsibilities when required.
What you'll bring
