  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including private medical insurance, bonus scheme, EV scheme, contributory pension, and more.
  • Adventure & Belonging: Battlefield tours, adventure training, and family fun days.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate the shipment of aircraft components and materials to customers, suppliers, and approved repair facilities.
  • Arrange domestic and international transportation, selecting the most appropriate method based on urgency, compliance requirements, and cost.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including customs paperwork, commercial invoices, return-to-vendor documentation, and Dangerous Goods declarations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, courier companies, and logistics providers to coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulatory, company, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
  • Support the movement of controlled and military-restricted items in line with relevant procedures.
  • Work closely with Materials, Logistics Operations, and Repair & Quarantine teams to ensure the effective movement and return of assets.
  • Act as a point of contact for customs and Dangerous Goods queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline logistics processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in logistics, transport coordination, warehousing, or materials management.
  • Knowledge of customs and export processes.
