We are looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist Administrator to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, delivering a high standard of front-of-house service. You will take ownership of reception operations and support a wide range of administrative tasks across the business. You will also play a key role in managing site access and supporting safety and security processes.

As a Receptionist Administrator, you will keep the front of house running smoothly through effective reception management, visitor coordination, and administrative support. You will work closely with teams across the business, helping ensure a professional service, strong organisation, and efficient day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails and route queries.
  • Manage visitor access and issue security passes.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records and logs.
  • Liaise with site security on visitor and contractor access.
  • Support facilities reporting and maintain dashboards.
  • Carry out daily building checks and report issues.
  • Provide administrative support across teams.
  • Arrange bookings such as travel, stationery, and supplies.
  • Manage locker allocation and resolve issues.
  • Support emergency procedures, including fire evacuations.
  • Assist with first aid, fire safety, and site protocols.
