We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Facilities Driver to support the smooth running of site operations. In this varied, hands-on role, you will provide essential transport services for staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

As a Facilities Driver, you will provide safe and reliable transport services across site, ensuring staff, visitors, and materials move efficiently while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a ring and ride service for staff between on-site locations and Amy Johnson House.
  • Escort visitors and contractors between the main gate, the Hub, and the Academy.
  • Drive safely at all times in line with traffic regulations and site rules.
  • Plan and manage daily schedules, adapting to changes when required.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding delays or service issues.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults promptly.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and ensure safe handling of parcels.
  • Deliver and collect post, parcels, and supplies across site.
  • Support hospitality deliveries, including refreshments, when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of journeys and mileage.
  • Assist the wider Facilities and Infrastructure team with ad hoc duties.
