Airtanker is seeking a commercially focused Pricing Manager to join our Finance & Technology team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining pricing strategies that support business growth, financial sustainability and value for money. You'll provide expert financial analysis, pricing assurance and commercial insight to support business decisions across bids, contracts and ongoing operations.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies, frameworks and cost models to support business objectives.
- Provide robust financial analysis and pricing recommendations for bids, business cases, contract changes and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure pricing assumptions, methodologies and decisions are accurate, compliant and supported by strong governance.
- Monitor pricing performance, investigate variances and identify financial risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Work closely with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams to provide clear commercial insight and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present pricing reports, analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders and approval boards.
- Support contract negotiations through the provision of pricing expertise, cost analysis and financial modelling.
- Drive continuous improvement across pricing processes, tools and reporting to improve efficiency, consistency and value for money.
- Build effective relationships across the business and act as a trusted adviser on pricing and commercial matters.
- Contribute to the development of pricing capability and commercial awareness across AirTanker.
