Please note, this is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.

What you’ll do

  • Generate qualified pipeline through a combination of inbound follow‑up, outbound prospecting, and strategic outreach across France supporting our Southern Europe region.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation, and personalised outreach strategies.
  • Research target accounts and personas to identify high‑impact opportunities and create thoughtful, tailored messaging.
  • Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, events, webinars, and multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Clearly articulate Airtable’s value proposition and how our platform helps organisations solve complex operational challenges.
  • Run discovery and qualification conversations to identify customer pain points and assess fit.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Experiment with and optimise outbound strategies, testing new approaches to drive pipeline growth.
  • Build deep product knowledge and develop world‑class sales skills in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Who you are

  • You have at least 1 year of sales or related experience.
  • Leveraging AI in work and personal life with a keen interest to develop as an AI fluent seller.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment and have a track record of delivering results.
  • You’re highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
  • You’re a strong communicator and storyteller who can engage a wide range of audiences.
  • You actively seek feedback and use it to grow.
  • You have experience creating outbound messaging, measuring performance, and iterating based on results.
  • Most importantly, you’re excited by the opportunity to help shape the growth of a category‑defining company in EMEA.
