We’re looking for a Document Controller to support large-scale offshore construction projects ensuring effective control, quality, and traceability of project documentation across offices, construction sites, and fabrication yards. You will work within structured document management processes and company’s digital systems to support safe and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Organize and update Document Registers, Master Data Lists, and vendor documentation.
- Manage document workflows, internal distribution, and transmittals.
- Perform formal quality checks before uploading documents into the EDMS.
- Ensure timely submission, receipt, tracking, and archiving of project documentation.
- Upload documentation and transmittals into company’s EDMS.
- Support vendor documentation management activities.
- Track client and vendor comments and ensure proper system logging and responses.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Document Controller within the offshore industry.
- Experience supporting complex construction or EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience with EDMS and formal document control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
