Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Service Consultant – Employer of Record (EOR). The Service Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for employees within Airswift’s EOR team.

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Onboarding:
    • Conduct employee onboarding presentations to facilitate their integration into the company.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
    • Draft, issue, and ensure the signing of the employment agreement before the start date.
    • Coordinate medical and background checks as necessary.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as payroll, billing, legal, and immigration to ensure the employee is properly integrated into all Airswift systems.
  • Ongoing Employee Care:
    • Collaborate with internal departments worldwide to address and resolve any queries as they arise.
    • Conduct monthly check-ins with the employee to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
    • Assist the Engagement Team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are successfully achieved.
  • Offboarding:
    • Facilitate the return of any company equipment, tools, or other assets.
    • Issue all necessary end-of-employment contractual documents.
    • Manage any visa, travel, or logistics related to the employee’s de-mobilization.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficient in general MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in non-English languages is a plus, but not required.
