Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Service Consultant – Employer of Record (EOR). The Service Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for employees within Airswift’s EOR team.
Principle Accountabilities:- Onboarding:
- Conduct employee onboarding presentations to facilitate their integration into the company.
- Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Draft, issue, and ensure the signing of the employment agreement before the start date.
- Coordinate medical and background checks as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as payroll, billing, legal, and immigration to ensure the employee is properly integrated into all Airswift systems.
- Ongoing Employee Care:
- Collaborate with internal departments worldwide to address and resolve any queries as they arise.
- Conduct monthly check-ins with the employee to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Assist the Engagement Team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are successfully achieved.
- Offboarding:
- Facilitate the return of any company equipment, tools, or other assets.
- Issue all necessary end-of-employment contractual documents.
- Manage any visa, travel, or logistics related to the employee’s de-mobilization.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficient in general MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in non-English languages is a plus, but not required.
