The Senior IT Operations Manager will hold end-to-end accountability for IT operations across the portfolio, helping ensure business continuity while supporting the transformation towards a more automated and data-driven operating model. The Senior IT Operations Manager will also contribute to service lifecycle management, budget ownership, and the delivery of value to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT operations across the trading portfolio and ensure services remain secure, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Own the IT operating plan, budget, and service lifecycle.
- Drive the transformation towards an automated, data-driven operating model.
- Hold service providers to clear outcome-based performance.
- Lead operational readiness for new demand, changes, and projects impacting the portfolio.
- Analyse business functional and non-functional requirements and agree for operation.
- Responsible for Information Risk Management and IT Controls compliance.
- Accountable for IDT General Controls and ensuring controls are in place.
- Drive the transformation Goals and Objectives within the team.
