Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to transition and closure. Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies. Manage project governance, reporting, change control and stakeholder communications. Oversee project financials including forecasting, budget management and variance analysis. Drive effective risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams. Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Support business readiness, service transition, user adoption and benefits realisation. Provide clear executive-level reporting and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience delivering large-scale IT and digital transformation projects. Strong expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting and financial control. Proven project risk assessment and management capabilities. Experience leading multidisciplinary technology and business teams. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Practical experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies. Experience with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and Jira.
